All we ask is for about 90 minutes of your time while you are in the Gatlinburg Area.  Here are the qualifications

• You must attend a 90-100 minute presentation where they will show you a beautiful resort.  There is NO OBLIGATION to BUY ANYTHING!
• You must speak fluent English, Spanish, or Portuguese
• If married, husband or wife must be between the ages of 25-68 with a valid photo I.D. or passport and have a combined income of $40,000 and must attend together. (Single persons must meet the same age and income requirements.)
• If you're not married, but live together, and are between the ages 25-68 and have a gross income of over $40,000 with valid forms of ID to prove you live together, you are eligible
• Tennessee residents of Sevier or Cocke Counties do not qualify for this offer
• Must have spent prior night in a motel, hotel, resort, or condo, or vacation rental in the Smoky Mountain area and are not staying in a campground, driving an RV, or with family/friends
• You can't participate in the open house if you have toured a Westgate Resort within the past 6 months.  This offer open to all permanent residents and citizens of the US.  Not available to citizens and residents of some countries.
• There is a $20 reservation deposit required.  This deposit is FULLY REFUNDED to you at the completion of your tour  If you cancel for any reason, this deposit is FULLY refundable.  You are responsible for taxes on the free nights.
